“Al Mare Selective Accommodation” consists of 4 separate villas; “Villa al Mare”, “Sole al Mare”, “Aria al Mare” and “Perla al Mare”.
“Aria al Mare” Villa is a brand new property (built in 2021). Its name means “the breeze at the sea”!
Decorated with modern taste, for those who want to feel the beauty of living by a sandy beach, but also enjoy the comfort of living near the city, in a suburb where everything can be found easily in walking distance.
Interior
The villa consists of two floors and covers 90sqm. Entering the villa, the open space living room and fully equipped kitchen makes the house ergonomic, as moving from the kitchen to the terrace with the BBQ makes everything easy to use.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with open-style wardrobe and a double bed (160x200cm). Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower and hydro-massage where is also the washing machine.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with view to the sea. Is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), which can be made as double bed upon request. That bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A small living room there is also on the upper floor with a couch which can also become a double bed.
Exterior
The villa’s private garden, complete with a 30sqm swimming pool, is akin to a private paradise! From the terrace, you can almost feel the water of the swimming pool – it’s just steps away, creating a relaxing wonder. The pool features a shallow section ideal for kids to play in, as well as for adults to unwind in the water while basking in the summer sun. Equipped with a wooden gazebo and sunbeds on the grass, every detail is thoughtfully provided for a perfect sunbathing experience.
