With a private swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 7.50 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters, Aegean Beauty villa is the perfect spot to relax all day long. By the pool, an outdoor dining table offers a charming setting to savor breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in the picturesque Cretan landscape and sea views, enveloped by the scents of the local flora. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a gas barbecue, allowing guests to indulge in preparing their own meals and relishing the wholesome and renowned Mediterranean cuisine of Crete. Aegean Breeze is a masterpiece spanning 85 square meters. Upon entering, you’ll find an open-plan living room and kitchen that seamlessly connect to the garden and the inviting swimming pool.

The villa’s modern design features a twin-bedded semi-open bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub on the ground floor.

Ascending to the upper floor, you’ll discover a bedroom with a double bed (1.60×2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower.
